I started my first company with $500. It grew into a business that reached over 70 countries — thirteen years of flavour chemistry, formulation, manufacturing and international distribution.
In 2022, a major health event changed the way I thought about health, time and what I wanted to build next.
I became more intentional — about how I use my time, who I work with, and what I'm willing to put my name on.
That shift also made me pay closer attention to something as simple as how I hydrated. Training and travel had made hydration part of my daily plan, but nothing on the market felt considered — nothing I actually looked forward to drinking. So I did what thirteen years as a flavour formulator trained me to do: I built the drink I couldn't find. Electrolytes and marine collagen, made to actually taste good, designed to pair with the rituals already part of my day.
That became GLO₂.
It's being built the same deliberate way my first company was — bootstrapped, hands-on, led from the front.
